These very rare dental wall cabinets date to the Turn-Of-The Century and earlier. This was a time when Dentists set their chair facing the window for light and the drill was operated by foot pedal. A modern dentist still uses a similar floating table now. This was the tray/cabinet that pulled over the patient when the Doctor was working. He was then able to have all his tools close at hand. Mixing the old with the new… I use a similar example as a computer laptop table in my office. The folding arm is a complex arrangement and is an interesting example of early technology.
